Crash Bandicoot Is Back And Going Multiplatform

Following the massive success of the modernized Crash Bandicoot N'Sane trilogy comprised of: Crash Bandicoot, Cortex Strikes Back and Warped, Crash is going multi-platform for the first time since 2008.

Crash Bandicoot has long since been the most recognizable Playstation Mascot since his inception with the debut title Crash Bandicoot back in 1996, however this will not be the first time the 'Coot has made the jump to other systems. Though originally a Playstation exclusive, Crash Bandicoot first made appearances on the Game Cube and Xbox in 2002 with The Wrath of Cortex. However, these foreign systems haven't seen a new Crash title appear on their stores since 2008, which marked the release of Mind Over Mutant for the Xbox 360 and Nintendo consoles. That is about to change.

Following the runaway success of the remastered N'Sane trilogy for Playstation 4, which sold over 2 million copies, the beloved Bandicoot is set to Crash back onto the Xbox and Nintendo marketplaces very soon.

The trilogy will comprise of all three original games, with updated controls and graphic capabilities to suit the modern gamer, hopefully exposing younger generations to classic titles without their ageing deterring them from trying new things.

Our only hope now is that remastered titles published by Activision moving forwards are all multiplatform as the speculation of a Spyro The Dragon remaster has been circulating following the revival of the N'Sane trilogy.
